adidas + Lean In Equal Pay Day

A three-part rollout of support for Equal Pay Day, adidas launched the first digital and in-store retail takeovers to educate their consumers and take a step towards closing the pay gap on Women’s Equal Pay Day.

Bring presence to the practice for city dwellers of New York. Led by Adrian Mishler with adidas influencers in attendance.

A social media campaign launched to reward die-hard fans with exclusive gear delivered in less than 24-hours. The team received real-time analytics of perform with the need to integrate immediate tactics in response to trends.
